Introduction
The VisionVent is a thermally broken Hinged Flat Roof vent, the VisionVent can be installed on a flat (Minimum 3 degrees) or pitched roof, or even incorporated into our Flushglaze rooflight for large areas of glazing where there is a requirement for ventilation. The product has been designed with a minimal amount of visible internal framework and concealment of the electrical operators within the frame, giving a 100% clear glass area.

The unique features of the VisionVent roof light include flush glazing allowing water to run straight off, high security with concealed mechanisms and large size capability 3m2 on electric vent. Dual colour as standard to match both inside and external finishes.

Colour- all our VisionVent rooflights are Powder coated to RAL7015 Grey Outer and RAL9010 White Inner, alternative paint specifications are available however these can affect both price and lead times.

Wall Abutment Detail– In circumstances where the rooflight is to abut a wall rather than sit down over a kerb a wall abutment detail can be incorporated on upto three sides of the Flushglaze Rooflight to allow fixing direct into a wall please ask for drawing reference:- 401/ASS/SK1

Ritec Coating- Those clients looking for easy clean glass can use a ritec coating on the glass to achieve a non stick surface and reduce cleaning intervals please ask for details on quotation. Installation
Installation (for solo version) onto prepared roof apertures and up-stands is simple, each rooflight is supplied assembled, packaged with instructions and fitting kit. Either follow our detailed assembly instructions, or opt for an installation service by one of our regional fitting teams.

All standard sizes are factory pre-assembled and delivered in one completed unit. An on site lifting facility will be required to locate the heavier units to the roof location. If a low voltage building management system is not available a Visionvent installation kit will be available which comprises of 24v DC transformer, reset switch and open/close switch.

Please remember when requesting a quote, specify the outside dimensions of the opening/kerb, you should then make an allowance of approximately 200mm for inside dimensions subject to chosen internal finishes dimension.
